By downloading or using our app, you verify that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). ## 1. Service Description Ai Editor provides AI-based tools including: * Text-to-Image Generation (Flux, Mystic models) * Text-to-Video & Image-to-Video Generation * Image Editing (Background Removal, Upscaling, Reimagine) ## 2. Subscription Terms (EULA) Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). PRO and PREMIUM plans offer enhanced features like higher limits, faster processing, and ad-free experience. * **Payment:** Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (or Google Play Account) at confirmation of purchase. * **Automatic Renewal:** Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. * **Renewal Charges:** Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). * **Manage Subscriptions:** You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. * **No Refunds:** Unused portions of the term will not be refunded. * **Price Changes:** We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. ## 3. User Conduct & Content Policy ### 3.1. Prohibited Content You strictly may NOT generate content that includes: * Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). * Nudity or sexually explicit content (NSFW). * Violence, gore, or self-harm. * Harassment or hate speech. ### 3.2. Account Ban We reserve the right to ban your account immediately and without refund if you attempt to generate prohibited content or bypass our safety filters. ## 4. Intellectual Property * **Your Content:** You own the copyright to the images and videos you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. * **Our License:** You grant Appvera a license to host and display your content within the app (e.g., in your history or gallery). ## 5. Disclaimers * **AI Limitations:** AI generation is probabilistic. We cannot guarantee that the output will always match your prompt exactly or be free of artifacts. * **Availability:** We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the AI APIs.
