AppVera ("we", "us") operates this website to sell and license self-hosted software products and to provide the related licensing services. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.
Data we collect

What we do NOT collect
- We do not process payments — purchases are made on CodeCanyon (Envato); their privacy policy applies to payment data.
- We have no access to your installed software's database, content or your end users' data. The product is self-hosted on your own server.
- We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Only a strictly necessary session cookie is used.
Envato verification
When you add a purchase code, we verify it against the Envato API. Envato may return the buyer username and purchase details, which we store to service your license. See Envato's own privacy policy for their processing.
Retention
Account and license data are kept while your account exists and as long as required to service licenses. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account at any time; license records that we must keep to enforce licensing terms may be retained in minimized form.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and KVKK where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact us at smmgodady@gmail.com.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, secrets are encrypted at rest, transport is protected with HTTPS, and access to license data is restricted and logged.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
