Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AppVera website, customer accounts and licensing services for our software products. Purchases themselves are made on CodeCanyon and are additionally governed by the Envato Market Terms and the Envato license you selected at purchase.

1. Licensing — one license, one project

  • One license covers one website / one mobile application project. The Android and iOS versions of the same website are included.
  • A second website, application or client project requires an additional license.
  • The license is bound to the domain chosen at first activation (or set in your account). Development and staging domains (localhost, *.test, dev.*, staging.*) do not consume the activation.
  • Domain changes are performed through our support; we may decline or charge for changes at our discretion.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable or tamper with the licensing system terminates the license.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must own, or have permission to publish, the website you convert into an application, including its content and trademarks.
  • You are responsible for your application's content, privacy policy, store metadata and legal compliance, and for keeping your server and credentials secure.
  • App store approval is decided solely by Apple and Google — we do not and cannot guarantee acceptance.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or violation of these terms.

4. Updates & support

Product updates are provided through your customer account. Support is provided in line with the support entitlement of your Envato purchase.

5. Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. A refunded purchase automatically terminates the associated license.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
