Refund Policy

All purchases are made on CodeCanyon (Envato Market), so refunds are requested and processed through Envato under the Envato Market Refund Rules. This page summarizes how those rules apply to our products.

When a refund is appropriate

• The item is broken and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• The item materially misrepresents its description.
• You were charged for a purchase you never received.

When a refund is not appropriate

• You changed your mind or no longer need the item.
• Your hosting does not meet the clearly listed server requirements.
• Your app was rejected by an app store — store approval is outside any vendor's control and is stated as such before purchase.
• The license was already activated and used on a production domain (unless the item is genuinely defective).

How to request

1. Contact us first (smmgodady@gmail.com) — most problems are configuration issues we fix quickly.
2. If we can't resolve it, open a refund request from your Envato account (Downloads → the item → Request refund).

Effect of a refund

A refunded purchase automatically terminates the license: the purchase code is deactivated in our licensing system and can no longer be activated or verified.
